Tasked with managing this ontological crisis, alternate versions Regular Vic and Victorian Vic must navigate multiversal diplomacy, bureaucratic audits, and a quantum communications network run by a feline in superposition. Together with their brilliant colleagues, they draft the Universal Integration Protocol, averting a systemic collapse by teaching the cosmos to treat abstract concepts as colleagues rather than curiosities.
However, their triumph comes at an unimaginable cost. As the Vics prepare to return to their respective home dimensions through the Holiday Gateway, they discover their quantum signatures have become the load-bearing keystones of the newly stabilised reality.
